Butterfly picks ....for Stephie

Stephie, Little Red Wagon Studio, hosted a swap over at Your Paper Pantry this month for handmade butterfly picks.  These little cuties can be used in your potted plants, altered items, mixed media projects or even in your scrapbook pages. I really don't have any potted plants because sadly I haven't a green thumb and neither does  Out of luck there!  But I made a few for the swap because I do love butterflies and I thought it was a marvelous idea! I think I might use mine for my little altered baby shoe that is in the works. I used a butterfly cuttlebug die and die cut several different text and music papers along with some burlap and canvas to give it a little volume and sturdiness. Then I added some Prima bling and lace. Here are mine:

I also added some pink seam binding for a finishing touch..forgot that!  Hope you like them.
