Old Parisian Fleamarket swivel charm

I finished up my first set of swivel charms for a swap over at The Scrap Beach. The theme was Old Parisian Fleamarket. I chose some vintage charms to include a crown, eiffel tower, antique hand mirror, an old key, some gears and a scrabble tile charm with a vintage image on it. I attached a little Tim Holtz film swatch which I LOVE.  When I think of Old Paris..I think deep blues, pinks, black and burgandy. This was my very first swivel charm swap and I'm very excited about it..I have mounted them on a dress form tag with some black tuelle. I hope the girls like them!

Thanks for looking!

Scrapbook Place Blog hop featuring Scrapbook Stamp Society

This month designers are teaming up with Scrapbook Stamp Society to showcase a few of their awesome digi stamps.  I hope that you will hop along with us and check out what we have designed with these awesome images!!  As always, the hop begins and ends at Scrapbook Place Challenge blog so if anytime along the hop you lose your way you can head back there to get back on track.  If you arrived here from Sue's blog then you are on right where you should be...

My image is Bad Rag Doll by Sherri Baldy and you can find her HERE.  I have altered a mini clipboard for this image. I thought she looked steampunky and goth..so I colored her up in copics in black and pinks. Just love her!  I have added some sheer glitter fabric to the hole in the clipboard along with a handmade swivel clasp. I used mostly pinks, blacks, greys for all the dangle charms and included steampunk theme charms and gears.

Thank you to Scrapbook Stamp Society for the opportunity to showcase your awesome digi stamps!

Now I will send you on your way to the spectacular Karissa's blog to see what she has in store for us :)

Thank you so much for hopping along with us and please remember to leave a little love at each hop along the way.

Independence Day Scrapbook Place Blog Hop...

Welcome to Your Scrapbook Place Patriotic Blog Hop!!  The theme is love of America and the color RED.  If you are coming here from Linda's blog then you are on the right track!  If you happen to lose your way then please start back at Your Scrapbook Place blog where you will find the blog hop order.

Designers are using a special image from one of our own, Pammie Lehto, and one lucky hopper will win this digi as well as a patriotic-themed goody bag!! So don't forget to leave a little love along the way at each blog for a chance to win.

Using Pammie's image I designed a red/white/blue card:

Using papers by Scenic Route and My Minds Eye along with a base of Kraft paper. Flower by Prima, button by Basic Grey.  Image colored with copics and distressed with Tim Holtz Stormy Sky distress ink.

Now I will send you on your way to the ever talented  Pat's blog to see what she has in store for us today!

Wishing everyone a glorious and safe Fourth of July and thank you for celebrating with us here at Scrapbook Place!  Enjoy your hop and don't forget to leave a little love along the way!!
